Jour Ferie Paris
Jour Ferié (literally: “day off”) has a great significance for its two founders. Nathalie Eharrar and Johane Collet developed a unique concept to create their sleek shoes, combining three key elements: comfort, technique and design. Before launching the brand, Natalie collaborated with some of the biggest names in French fashion, such as Balmain, Guy la Roche, Thierry Mugler and Gallery Lagerfeld, whilst Johane studied at the Polimoda Italian school of design before working in London and Brazil.
Crafted from pure, genuine leather, the soles are tinted with vegetable dyes, whilst the inner lining is adapted to optimize comfort – similar to the sensation of walking barefoot. Taking inspiration from antique automobiles and Corsica’s natural landscape, Jour Ferie Paris prove that shoes can be both comfortable and elegant without losing a cosmopolitan edge.
