HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

Shopping at Kreateurs.com is easy:

Use a “Shop” link to see all available products for order. Chose your product, color and size, than, by clicking on “add to bag” button go through check out process. You can review items in your bag by clicking the shopping bag link at the top page. Click on “BUY” to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To shop at KREATEURS you need to create an account.

We have put reasonable security measures in place intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data, Billing Information, and Other Information that we have collected from you at the Site.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

If you forgot your password, you need to reset it on the “SIGN IN” page by clicking on “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD” and follow the instructions. A mail will be sent to you to create your new password.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KREATEURS ACCEPT?

 

We accept major payment methods Visa and Mastercard. You need to proceed to checkout with Paypal. This is a proved international secure method of payment. Whether you have or not a Paypal account, you can still proceed to payment by using your card data on Paypal web-site. You will be redirected to their website automatically. Once the payment is done, you are proposed to go back to Kreateurs.com.  HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

 

At kreateurs.com you can pay in your preferred currency. By default we will propose you a currency of your country or euros. To change the currency, please select a “CURRENCY” button at the top right hand side of the screen, from the drop down list.

 

 WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KREATEURS SHIP TO?

 

KREATEURS ships worldwide, according to geographical coverage of our shipment partners (DHL and Colissimo). Please find the list of available countries here.

 HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

 

We make our best effort to ensure that the order, accompanied by a delivery slip, is delivered in a period of between 8 and 15 business days as of receipt of the Purchaser's payment and confirmation of the order. A cost of shipment depends on which method of delivery is chosen “express” or standard”. As soon as You have chosen your product into shopping bag, you will see approximate dates of delivery. You will be given a cost of shipping, as well as date of delivery at the checkout process, straight after your delivery address and all buying options are known.

 IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from KREATEURS to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.

 HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed.

Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Whereas when a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as French VAT. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

DOES KREATEURS SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? 

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. 

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been given to our transport partner. If you need to make any amendments, please send us e-mail on canwehelpyou@kreateurs.com

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items. Simply write us an email on canwehelpyou@kreateurs.com

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER? 

You will receive a full refund, including any shipping, duties, and/or regional taxes within a period of fourteen 14 days as from the reception of your withdrawal demand. Unless the item has been already sent, in this case direct expenses incurred to return the Items, including shipping expenses, shall be bourne by you. Your refund will be done on your payment card used to place the order or your Kreateurs.com account.

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIRS SERVICE?

DOES KREATEURS HAVE SEASONAL SALES

Kreateurs makes its selection within artisans or young designers with very limited productions. We carefully select the items with permanent and timeless use. These items are seasonless and can be worn through years. We normally do not offer sales for this kind of products. Nevertheless Kreateurs.com likes to pleasure its customers, and we can offer occasionally VIP certificates to thank our loyal customers. This promotional number is personal and communicated only by mail or on your personal account. Check it on regularly basis.
